Good service and food. Fireplace felt good as it was snowing.
Food mobile ordered, ready 10 minutes past when it said it would be ready. Left me with 5 minutes to eat on my lunch break. Not the first time this has happened. This time I got half of a normal baguette size. They also forgot the croutons for the millionth time.
Great staff at Panera! Efficient service and very friendly and courteous; if you're in Eldersburg, stop o in!
Service was awful and what's was worse was noticing a male employee with a beard wiping his face and forehead with his hand and then goes back to touching food that is being served while I was attempting to eat. I got up and threw out what was left on my tray and walked out. Never never go back. That's just gross. You would think they are taught sanitary procedures, I guess not.
I had a very good salad for dinner. The staff was pleasant and helpful. It's a good place to meet with groups or to have a meeting.
