When in this branch to take care of some business and was told someone would help me. No one offered me a seat to wait for someone to help me.nor did the woman who I was told would help me bother to come from behind the teller window and acknowledge my presence. Instead she went to her desk worked on her computer and then returned behind the counter never once looking my way or indicating that she would assist me. Very poor customer service.
They really need to hire more staff, clearly they cannot handle the drive thru and walk in business at the same time.
Poor customer service! It takes 20 min to do something that should take 2. Tellers are very rude.
I don't know what the issue is, but the drive thru seems like no one works here. It just confirms I made the right choice switching banks. Too bad I still have to occasionally come here....
Friendly and helpful, but nothing striking enough to really pull me over and make it my primary banking institution.
