Went to get a tire on my work truck patched and repaired one day before work and was told the tire was not able to be fixed because it was too close to the side wall. Ok no problem, told them to order a tire and I'd be back later to have it replaced. My employee decided against it after hearing the price and I went somewhere else the next day. The other place was selling us the same exact tire for $50 less. Got to the new place and the mechanic pulled the tire and removed the object from the tire. It never even pierced the tire and I didn't need a new one. Very disappointed with the service of Meineke and them trying to sell me something I didn't need. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN.
Owner Rich is one of the nicest people I've ever met and he runs a good shop. Brought my car in for an oil change and the guys had the car finished in less than 30 minutes. AND they didn't try to up-sell me on tires/filters/nonsense.
Great customer service. Stopped in without an apt for a flat repair, they took my car right in and I was done in 30 min. Awesome job!!
As usual the guys took GREAT care of my truck...No sales pressure just an honest shop. I will be back!
