I shipped a phone from there. One month later the company still has not received it so I go in and ask what happened. The guy that works there basically called me a lier and told me I only purchased a box. And I have no proof.
I highly recommend this store, since the new owners took over. The service is more friendly and personable than ever before. I've had a PO Box here for years due to the convenient location. There has been a BIG difference under the new ownership. The store has never looked more professional and organized, and the service is outstanding. Kudos to the new owners!
Went there on a Monday morning to send a fax. They advertise being open at 8:30 am but I waited until 8:45 and they still weren't open. There were 3 other customers waiting plus one pulled up in their car. We told them they weren't open so they left. While I was waiting I called another shipping store nearby who was open (on time) so I left to go there. Not a good way to run a business.
Arrived 10 minutes before closing and despite that, the owner made sure my boxes were put together correctly and on the UPS truck (that was waiting in the parking lot!)
Very poor service and I know I am not the first this has happened to.
I do not recommend.
