I actually left FF for a year or so to go to a "more expensive" gym and while there was more equipment offered, there were just not that many classes which is what I love...so I came back, and it was the best decision ever!
If you are looking for for a non-intimidating environment and a great way to get and stay n shape while also having fun, you will not regret joining Freedom Fitness!!
Everyone there is so friendly and it was wonderful to reunite with old friends and instructors.
Last but not least, Freedom Fitness rates are very reasonable. I can afford to stay fit!

LOVE piloxing with Heather!!! This is a nice low-key, no judgement, friendly, fun, affordable group fitness center. They even have child watch for free with some of their classes!

Love the instructors! They have so much energy and are so much fun. The instructors are wonderful for people who are new(like myself) to group classes.
The variety of classes and caliber of instructors is unsurpassed.
I moved to Howard Co. 2 years ago and was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find another Zumba class like I had attended in Mont. County. I couldn't have been more wrong! I LOVE Freedom Fitness!! Brianna teaches Zumba Tone & is by far the BEST instructor I have even had. She is fun, funny and interacts with her classes. The facility is clean and beautiful. I will never go anywhere else.
Freedom Fitness is a great place to do group fitness. The teachers are knowledgeable and encouraging. The classes are challenging and fun. FF offers a variety of group fitness classes: yoga, Zumba and Werq dance fitness, Step Aerobics, strength training, a weekly barre class, as well as a couple pf Pilates-fusion classes. They hold both morning and evening classes every day Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays they have just morning classes. Members with small children can arrange to book a free, on-site babysitter to watch their kids for the duration of the class.
