I have no idea how anyone says they have good customer servince. You could stand in an aisle for 1/2 hour and not one person would offer to help. If you do ask for help they may point you in the right direction but would certainly not go out of their way to make you happy. I have walked into the door and past the first cashier hundreds of times and have never even gotten a hello. Anyone know a place in ELDERSBURG with a good wine selection? I would be happy to never go back to TDL.
Follow up. Just went back again today and the lady that never says hello had her back turned telling her co-worker about some bad customer service she received....Hahaha!! I walked up and asked a question and they looked at me like I was intruding on their conversation. Someone came out of the back to answer my question. I absolutely hate this place!!!
Good store, friendly staff. Some parts are a little disorganized, but overall it's easy to navigate. Very large wine selection.
Huge selection of beverages! Any type of wine your looking for you can probably find it here! Liquor anything from a-z, beer 6 packs mix and match your own! Bye it warm or out of the cooler! And yes bout any kind of beer your looking for it's there!
Lots of choices and great customer service. Mark was waiting by the door and asked if I needed help as soon as I walked in. He explained the location of the various drinks and personally walked me though the store. I will come again. Thanks again Mark.
They where pricks to me and brother. It was how they handled it. I was helping him carry a lot beer and I didn't have my wallet because I wasn't buying anything. So they made me put all the beer back and he couldn't even buy it. So I can assure I or him won't be shopping there anymore. I am telling everyone I know not to shop there.
