I entered into a contract to sell our home with Judy Tryee's client. We had our home inspection completed, which went great ! The house is in great condition. Her client wanted a few things updated. We complied to all her requests and performed all repairs plus documented the work within the time line the contract allowed . The day before settlement Ms Tryee cancelled settlement for appears to be NO LEGAL reason. Her client did not show up for closing. As a result me and my family are going to experience financial hardships. We lost the prime selling season and now have two mortgages . Now we are going to mediation, then arbitration and if needed we will sue her and her client for our losses.
