We recently had our roof replaced by S&K on 10/13/17 and couldn't be happier. They did an outstanding job from beginning to end. We had our concerns about the whole process but they made the experience so pleasant. The workers were courteous, proficient, expeditious and very organized taking time to protect the exterior of the home including our gardens. They were meticulous with their cleanup and we were very impressed with their lack of rush to get the job done and be on their way. They completed the work in a day. We were very pleased with S&K Roofing. We lost a some shingles on our roof weeks before our daughters wedding at our home. We decided to replace the whole roof and S&K said they would do their best to get it done in time. They were true to their word and had shingles delivered on Tuesday and a full crew showed up 7:30am Wednesday morning (the wedding was Saturday). The roof was completed by early afternoon with little to no disruption. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up and were gone without a trace. Thank you!
They were wonderful and came out to assess the situation within a few days. The S&K experts found defective shingles, took pictures of my roof and told us how to file a claim since I supposedly had at least 10 more years of protection. Additionally their staff helped us with the appropriate paperwork.
We had a new roof and gutters installed by S&K, and we would highly recommend them. After we signed the contract, S&K discovered that our roof configuration required some extra work in order for the new roof to qualify for the manufacturer's warranty. They did this work at no extra charge to us. All of their work was first-rate. From start to finish, their main concern was that we were happy with the work they had done. They went out of their way to make sure that we were covered under Certain-Teed's warranty conditions. Our new roof and gutters are beautiful! They also did a custom project for us, changing the pitch of a porch floor and installing a waterproof membrane. They did an exceptional job.
