They cheaped out on portion sizes about 2 years and STILL charge you for a big size sandwich. Ask for a big sandwich and they give you the same sandwich that used to be the regular size as a big size ones.

About 2 years ago, Jimmy John's Corporate Headquarters ordered their stores to reduce the problem of the meats/tuna salad to what appears to be 1/2 of the previous portions. I WAS regularly getting a BIG Tina unwich (#15); occasionally I would get a regular size. AFTER they cheaper out on the protons (without lowering the cost at all), the BIG #15 tuna unwich was the size of the previous regular Tina unwich. I USED to order from J.J.'s 2 - 3 a week, but since their decision to enlarge corporate profits by stealing from their customers, I only stop in once every 2 - 3 months to see if they may have returned to sandwich sizes that are worth stopping.
Quick friendly service as always. Took a while for this location to get up to speed but seems to be better now. J
I would have a better respect for Jimmy John's corporate had they either

Caveat Emptor - buyer beware. As the saying goes, "You get what you pay for". Well, in this case, you get a LOT less than you paid for to enhance corporate greed.
The second problem with Jimmy John's is that they CLAIM to deliver to a 2 mile radius. I live exactly 1.85 road miles from their front but they would deny my delivery order as being outside of their serving are areas. A friend (who works for the local Jimmy John's) is denied her orders for being 2.2 mile s away. While that 2.2 miles is outside of their areas, you would think being an employee would provide a perk for that extra 1000 feet.
Instead of being transparent, they did things in a sneaky manner to steal your money by charging you the same and giving you less.
b) gone ahead and raised the prices as they did with a notice to the customers that, "We are reducing portion sizes so as to NOT increase the prices you are paying".
Also, they claim to deliver within a to mile radius, but my home was 1.85 mile away and they refused to make the delivery.

First, let me say the taste is very good and very fresh, BUT ...
I have been multiple times and every time my order has been wrong. The meat and cheese tastes expired. The lettuce was brown. I have had terrible customer service each time as well so I am very unsarisfied and will not be returning.
