Just like it was in 1983 but now with worse lighting.
Ordered two pizzas, the first pizza was burnt, called the manager said they would send out a replacement pizza. We waited almost an hour only to receive a pizza that looked like it was tossed across the room before placing it in the box. I've been ordering and going to Eldersburg Pizza hut for over 20 years. My very worst experience.
I wish I could put no stars this was the worst experience I ever had in my life. First my husband and I come on with our 2 kids they sit us in the coldest section away from the other diners next we asked to be moved she told us there were no seats as if I'm blind then as we leave we had damn near 2 whole pizzas to take with us and the refused to give us pizza boxes and made us put it in 8 small boxes when I asked to speak to the manager he refused to come to the table to address the situation and then blamed it on a higher manager. This was the most racist move and cowardly establishment I have ever been too.
I work there so I'm obligated to rate 5 stars, besides that in all honestly it's not too bad of a place to get some grubs

When I was a kid Pizza Hut was always this dark and cozy pizza place with thick greasy pan pizzas. Now they have wings and have tossed out the cozy ambience.
