So when My Pizza was ready the employees put on the steal shelf to set and cool down for 10 minutes. I watched the employees check out the label on the side of the Pizza and then talk to the cashier, then let the pizza set there.

Papa John should do less self promotion and more quality control.
The employees are very nice but the Pizza is soggy and undercooked.
That's just my opinion but, then again, it's my money too!
I find another store to do my business.
Let me tell you something, Better Ingredients, Better Pizza does not mean anything when your customers have to deal with crappy employees.
